Neben den sehr hochgradigen Lagerstätten, hat die politische Stabilität und eine hervorragende Infrastruktur, auch die Branchenriesen, wie Newmont, Goldcorp und Agnico Eagle in den kanadischen Yukon gelockt. Das Management geht davon aus, dass das Interesse der Majors an kleinen Explorern zunehmen wird.
Das 111 km² große Stu Kupferprojekt befindet sich zwischen Pembridge hochgradiger Minto Mine und der Lagerstätte von Copper North, alles innerhalb des Carmack Kupfergürtels. GCX erwarb eine Datenbank mit wertvollen, historischen Bohrungen und Bodenproben und konnte im Sommer 2019 vier multi kilometerlange Vererzungen identifizieren.
Das Management von GCX hat mit anderen Gesellschaften mehrfach bewiesen, dass man mit dem richtigen Timing und potenten Projekten, in der Explorationsphase den größten Shareholder Value liefern kann. Mr. Johnson has over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry ranging from grassroots prospecting to consulting company operation and public company management. As a founder and manager of Arcmin Enterprises he helped a northern British Columbia First Nation build a labour service company employing over 180 people providing entry level and skilled workers to exploration and development projects in BC’s golden triangle. Mr. Johnson is also a director and CEO of International Cobalt.
Mr. Rowley has over 25 years executive experience in the exploration, mineral testing, and mine environmental industries. In addition to Granite Creek, he is also CEO and Director of Group Ten Metals, Director of Bravada Gold and an officer of Sierra Mountain Minerals Inc.
Mr. Lalonde holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal and has been a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec since 1984. He is an independent consulting civil engineer and has worked for and consulted to multinational engineering and construction companies such as SNC-Lavalin (Canadian company based in Montreal) and Bouygues Travaux Publics (French firm based in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines). Mr. Lalonde has also participated in international business development for the Quebec firm Pomerleau Construction. He has in-depth knowledge of markets in Canada, United States, Middle East and Africa, where he most notably participated in large-scale energy, motorway and other infrastructure development projects.
Mr. Lalonde is also a director of Stellar AfricaGold Inc. (TSXV: SPX). He was formerly a director of Algold Resources LTD. (TSXV: ALG)
Rebecca Moriarty of Malaspina Consultants Inc. (“Malaspina”)

Ms. Moriarty is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. As a senior member of the Malaspina team, she focuses on the resource sector, drawing on her unique combination of technical and business accounting expertise with a degree in geology from Queens University and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Prior to joining Malaspina, Ms. Moriarty worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she was a manager working exclusively with resource companies.
Malaspina is a leading Vancouver based financial consulting and advisory firm providing accounting and finance solutions for high-growth companies, particularly in the resource sector. In addition to providing the Company with CFO services, Malaspina will also provide accounting and corporate advisory services as required.
Ms. Nikolett Kovacs currently manages Pembridge Resources’ exploration programs at the Minto mine in Yukon with a view to discovering new mineralized areas to
extend the overall mine life. She has spent the last four years of her professional career researching and developing new insights into the exploration potential of
migmatized copper-gold porphyry systems, particularly within the Carmacks Copper District. Ms. Kovacs has extensive Yukon experience including working as a
geologist with Banyan Gold Corp., Copper North Mining Corp., Archer, Cathro & Associates, Anthill Resources, and the Yukon Geological Survey. Ms. Kovacs holds an
MSc in Geological Science from the University of British Columbia and a BSc (Hons) in Earth Sciences from Memorial University.
Mr. Douglas Warkentin is a Metallurgical and Process Development Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the mining and mineral processing industries.
Currently Senior Metallurgist at Kemetco Research Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia, he has conducted mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, minewater treatment
and resource recovery on a broad array of base, precious and high-tech metals projects for Canadian and international clients.
